Recently it has been brought to the Board’s attention, several reports of misconduct, harassment and mean-spirited behavior by members of the Chapter towards other members.
The Board would like to remind all members that this type of behavior is unacceptable and is not in accordance with our Association’s Code of Conduct and Anti-Harassment policies.
The Board also reminds all members that when becoming members, we all agreed to abide by the policies of the LPGA Amateur Golf Association and that as an active member, you must maintain adherence to these policies.
The LPGA Amateur Golf Association maintains and enforces a policy that prohibits discrimination against any member because of gender, race, age, color, disability, marital status, national origin, religion, status as a disabled veteran or veteran of the Vietnam era, or other category protected by federal, state or local law.
Further, the LPGA Amateur Golf Association expects all members to conduct themselves in accordance with the LPGA Amateur Golf Association Diversity St
atement and the LPGA Amateur Golf Association Core Values.

Reporting a Complaint
The LPGA Amateur Golf Association’s
Conduct Resolution Policy
recommends that members promptly report discrimination and harassment to the LPGA Amateur Golf Association local Chapter Board or the LPGA Amateur Golf Association National Headquarters. The LPGA Amateur Golf Association local Chapter Board or National Headquarters, where applicable, will conduct a prompt and appropriate investigation of each discrimination or harassment complaint in a manner that is as impartial and confidential as possible.
If discrimination or harassment is found to have occurred, the Chapter Board will take the appropriate steps to stop the discrimination or harassment, and will take disciplinary action against the person responsible, which may include suspension or termination of membership.
The Board would like all members to feel safe and supported as part of the chapter. If any member experiences behavior from another member that is not in accordance with our policies above, please report it to the Board according using the
