Ms. Nicole Small, Principal

Week of January 27, 2025

On Friday, January 24th, Coebourn students came together for an exciting pep rally to show their love and support for the Philadelphia Eagles. This student-led event beautifully connected the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People from our Leader in Me program to the values exemplified by the Eagles team. Each class showcased their creativity and enthusiasm by performing cheers or touchdown dances, radiating Eagles pride and school spirit! Even Penn-Delco Superintendent Dr. Steinhoff participated in the fun.

GO BIRDS!

Ms. Vitale's class won a spirit trophy with Dr. Steinhoff's help.

Below: Fifth graders Ella, on flute, and Jack, on saxophone, delivered an outstanding performance of the Eagles' fight song, "Fly, Eagles, Fly," brilliantly accompanied by Mr. Martinez on harmonica! See more pep rally pictures below.

Important Reminder:

Friday, February 14 was incorrectly listed on the printed activities calendar distributed to families in the fall. This date is a HALF DAY for students in grades K-12 for teacher in-service. Monday, February 17 is a District Holiday and all buildings are closed. Thank you for your understanding and attention to this update!

Tech Tip from our Technology Teacher, Ms. Cameron:

It's bitterly cold outside. Besides playing video games, what else is there to do? Here is a list of ideas from Banff, Canada (where they really know the meaning of cold…) https://www.calgaryschild.com/family-fun/activities/1786-50-things-to-do-instead-of-screen-time

Enjoy a little unplugged time this weekend. It's all about balance.
