"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has."

The Cancer Cluster map above is the result of the tireless work of resident advocates like Jenell Wright.  It is a work in progress and will continue to grow as more residents contribute by way of the Facebook Page and the survey below.

There is no better advocate for change than those affected by the Coldwater Creek Contamination.  We reach out to you not only as lead attorneys in the Coldwater Creek litigation, but also as community members that believe real change can happen.

It is our hope that future generations will live in a community that does not fear undiagnosed diseases as a result of the places they play during their youth.  We believe this is an attainable goal because of the committed group of advocates involved.

Legal Advocate

We are motivated on a daily basis by those of you that have signed on as legal advocates in the Coldwater Creek lawsuit.  We join you in the desire to hold those companies whose actions resulted in decades of contamination and injury responsible for their actions.

We hope and assume you are satisfied with our representation of you and your family.  If so, tell your friends and neighbors to reach out to a lawyer of their choice and consider being included as legal advocates as well.   Obviously, we would love to represent them, but the choice of lawyers is important and personal.

There is always strength in numbers, and this holds true in this type of litigation as well.  As this litigation grows it becomes increasingly more difficult for those that have caused these injuries to ignore what they have done.  It is critical for those that have been injured by this contamination to come forward and make their voices heard and their injuries known.

Resident Advocate

Those of you that take additional steps as resident advocates for all of those in North St. Louis County by attending grass roots meetings, reaching out to neighbors and friends and spending your time making sure that your voice is heard should be commended for your tireless efforts.

While the list of resident advocates is too long for us to include, please know that your neighbors and community are grateful.  Furthermore, understand that your activism is contagious - new resident advocates are added everyday giving us hope for real change in the future.

Share Recent Accomplishments

This email includes links to some of the incredible work that has been done in recent weeks - Jennel Wright's tireless efforts at creating the horrifying map of injuries as well as the KSDK I-reports from last month.   If you have not seen them, they are well worth your time, but, more importantly, you should take the time to share them with everyone you know.

Forward or post this email or other updates we send you.   If you have any connections in the media, consider reaching out to them as well.  We would be happy to help tell your story while at the same time being mindful of not jeopardizing your legal rights.

The Coldwater Creek Legal Team

The Coldwater Creek Legal team consists of three industry leading law firms.  We are responsible for the only cases on file to date, and have been appointed by Federal Judge Audrey G. Fleissig as Lead Counsel for this litigation.  In that capacity we have been actively negotiating discovery orders with the defense, and acting as the mouthpiece to the Court for this litigation.  We are proud and honored to have been appointed as such and are confident that such position will serve our clients and the community at large well.

The three firms that have come together in this effort are listed below and you can link to any one of our websites and contact us individually, or feel free to visit the website we created together and contact us there (link here).

As always, we are available if you should have any questions or concerns.

Please contact us if you have specific questions about your litigation. We also welcome all suggestions for future inclusions on the webpage or in this Newsletter.
