Chamber Leaders-
Late last week, an announcement was made that Kerri Robers would become the next President/CEO of the Colerain Chamber of Commerce. I am excited to be working closely with Kerri, Beth, Lora, and our amazing Board of Directors as we transition my role in an orderly fashion over the next few months. We have wonderful things ahead in Colerain, and I am confident that the momentum we've created will continue. With that said, there are several things that I hope will take place in order to maintain our high level of success.

First and foremost, I ask you, as investors in our community, to please support our amazing chamber board of directors during this time of transition. They have set the direction of our chamber and have succeeded. I've been blessed, along with so many of you, to help execute those plans. Beth Jones has been instrumental in all things, and I can't thank her enough for all she gives back.

Secondly, please join me in enthusiastically welcoming and supporting Kerri as your new President and CEO. It is imperative to say "Welcome, Kerri!!” and “Yes, Kerri, I'd be glad to meet you and share more about our business needs." We all need to help her feel welcome in the chamber and help her expand on the community connections and wonderful work she has already done in Colerain.

Finally, you, as investors, can continue to support the chamber with your presence, your talents, and your financial contributions. I'll explain with the following reminders.

- Please continue to register and attend our amazing events; there are many listed below, and 2026 has some phenomenal opportunities. We host over 100 events/meetings per year, and it is with your attendance & support that we expand them.
- We rely heavily on volunteers, hosts, and a steering committee structure to help make the programs like TeamUpToGreenUp, Colerain HOPE, Third Thursdays, Hometown Hero, and Live2Lead be successful. If you are in leadership roles at any level within the chamber, I encourage you to continue sharing your talents. If you haven't in the past, but want to get involved, or if you have fresh ideas and suggestions, please be sure to bring them forward appropriately and continue to give back to the community you and your business serve.
