Collaborate with Mercy Care regarding Telehealth/Telemedicine

Applies to: Mercy Care ACC, Mercy Care RBHA, Mercy Care Long Term Care, Mercy Care Developmental Disabilities and Mercy Care Advantage
Mercy Care is seeking information from providers to help us understand our network’s capability to provide telemedicine/telehealth services to members, especially during the COVID -19 situation.
Telemedicine/telehealth survey
Mercy Care has created a   2-minute online survey . If someone from your practice would respond, it will help us ensure that our members have access to care during this period.
Office closures and operational changes
If you are planning to change or cancel business hours at your practice as part of COVID-19, please notify your  provider representative as soon as possible. This will allow us to inform our Member Services department and communicate with transportation providers so as not to bring members to your office outside of business hours.
No-cost telemedicine/telehealth participation for providers
If you’re not already participating in telemedicine/telehealth and you’d like  to, the Arizona Medical Association ( ArMA)  is partnering with  CompuGroup Medical (CGM) to provide  CGM’s telemedicine platform, CGM ELVI, for free to Arizona physicians for six months.
To learn more about this timely benefit, click   here   and/or call CGM's dedicated line for ArMA members at (855) 270-6700.
Frequently asked questions about telemedicine/telehealth
