If this is the first email you are receiving about the project – welcome! We had several new sign ups at the end of last year. To get everyone connected, we have organized a few Question-and-Answer (Q&A) Sessions for later this month.
The sessions will be held on the following dates:

Q&A Session #1: Monday, January 22 from 11:30-1 p.m. in the Main Hall at the Hilyard Community Center

Q&A Session #2: Thursday, January 25 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the Main Hall at the Hilyard Community Center
These will be informal and drop-in style. We will have a couple information tables set up to provide basic background information, but our primary goal will be to answer questions for those new to the project. We hope to see you there.
