Scholarships & Financial Aid

The FAFSA is Open - Take the First Step Toward College Funding!

The FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) is now available! High school students and their parents/guardians can complete the FAFSA to unlock access to grants, work-study opportunities and loans for college or career training.

Need help? Join one of our in-person FAFSA workshops at College Now’s downtown offices or local libraries or schedule a virtual appointment with one of our experienced College Now advisors. We’re here to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible! 

Applications for Cleveland Foundation Scholarships Now Open

College Now manages more than 60 Cleveland Foundation scholarships. These scholarships vary in criteria and scope, and there is something for nearly everyone. By completing the general application, students can be considered for dozens of scholarships. Please note that while the general application covers many scholarships, others (such as corporate/group scholarships, external scholarships, and a small number of specialized scholarships) require a separate application. The deadline to apply is March 12, 2025.  

2025-2026 Adult Learner Scholarship

Are you an adult learner seeking financial assistance to pursue your postsecondary educational goals? The College Now Adult Learner Program Scholarship is open to individuals ages 19 and above who have taken a break of one year or more after high school and are now ready to embark on their academic journey. Whether you're aiming for your first bachelor's degree, an associate's degree, or a non-degree certificate or license in a vocational or technical program, we're here to support you.

Cuyahoga County Debt Repayment Program

Do you or someone you know have past due balances holding them back? Tri-C and CSU are offering the Cuyahoga County Debt Repayment Program Scholarship to help students with past due balances of $2000 or less return to school. Don’t wait - applications must be secured before the start of the Spring 2025 semester!

Schedule an appointment with one of our advisors today! We’ll help you navigate eligibility requirements and documentation so you can take advantage of this opportunity.

At our December Board Meeting, we proudly recognized Harry Carlson and Sally Stewart as Lifetime Board Members, and honored Alan Kopit, Bill Koehler and Pat Mullin (posthumously) as Board Chair Emeriti. Their dedication and leadership have played a pivotal role in shaping College Now's success.
