Assumption University and Trinity High School have partnered to offer Trinity students guaranteed admission to Assumption University. In recognition of the alignment of Trinity's promotion of the ideals of faith, service, and learning, with Assumption's commitment to diversity and the pursuance of truth, Trinity students are invited to matriculate to Assumption University.
Assumption University will grant admission to Trinity students meeting the following criteria:
- the student is in good academic and disciplinary standing at the time of admission and thereafter,
- the student is on track to complete all graduation requirements at Trinity,
- the student has a minimum GPA of 3.0 (lower GPAs are subject to review)
- the student submits the Common Application, one letter of recommendation, and a transcript.
Assumption University will grant a merit scholarship to Trinity students. Please contact Trinity's Counseling Department for the current figure. Trinity students will also receive the Brassard Scholarship in the amount of $2,500 and have the additional opportunity to be nominated for a $2,000 scholarship. Upon completion of the FAFSA, additional need-based scholarship opportunities may be available.
Trinity students will receive an admission decision within seven (7) days of the submission of materials. Assumption's nursing and dual-degree programs fall outside the parameters of this agreement, though a decision is at the discretion of the University Dean.
Trinity will welcome Assumption University to campus during the course of the school year.
