Duquesne University and Trinity High School have partnered to offer Trinity students guaranteed admission to Duquesne.
Duquesne will grant admission to Trinity students who:
- complete all graduation requirements at Trinity;
- have a 3.25 or higher final GPA on a 4.0 scale
Duquesne will guarantee general undergraduate admission. Admission to specific competitive academic programs (e.g., Nursing, Physician Assistant Studies, Engineering, etc.) may be more selective and is not guaranteed under this agreement. Applications to these programs will be reviewed holistically by the corresponding School or College. Admitted students will receive a minimum guaranteed 10% scholarship on the base tuition cost - noted on a scholarship letter as the "Catholic High School Award." Students may be eligible for additional scholarships, and will receive an automatic and holistic scholarship review after acceptance. Special scholarships may require an additional application.
Duquesne will provide admissions counselors to support Trinity students throughout the college application process and offer campus visits, admissions workshops, and financial aid education sessions.
