The Twits Delights Over 1,000 Students in Local Outreach

Women Who Are Asian Immigrants: The Seen and Unseen is an honest and beautiful tribute to a handful of women and thousands of the unseen and unheard.

The exhibit has been extended to March 7.

ISU Sports Video Crew

The Sports Video Crew livestreams to ESPN+ and Disney Streaming services, learning everything they need to know to put on professional live sports broadcasts. Video created by Communication, Media, and Persuasion alumnus and sports crew member, Julian Means.

A Tribute to a Lifelong Love for Music and Education

In a heartfelt tribute to a life filled with music, education, and shared experiences, Roy Miller has established the Suzanne L. and Roy F. Miller, Jr. Scholarship, in honor and remembrance of his late wife, Suzanne. The endowment, totaling $105,000, will provide scholarships for undergraduate or graduate music degree students at ISU.

Faculty Achievements

Congratulations to Dr. Jonathan Fardy for his recent academic milestones! In January 2024, Dr. Fardy's latest book, Ideology and Interpellation: Anti-Humanism to Non-Philosophy, hit the shelves. Additionally, he presented collaborative research with Dr. Arunima Datta at the American Historical Association, and a keynote lecture at the National Endowment for the Humanities-funded conference on Laruelle at the University of Tulsa.

ISU Debate Keeps Roaring!

The Idaho State Bengal Debate team claimed third at the 42nd Annual Pioneer Trails Open. Sixteen colleges participated online in this rare winter contest in the Rocky Mountain Region.

On Wednesday, March 6th, at 5:30 p.m. in Historic Downtown Pocatello’s Valentine Ballroom (100 S. Arthur), acclaimed writer Bojan Louis will read from his short story collection, Sinking Bell, followed by a Q&A session. The reading is free and the public is welcome to attend. Book sales and signing will follow.
