Welcome to Fall 2019 term from the College of Business at Governors State University!

As we start another new academic year, I’m excited to share with you the accomplishments College of Business (COB) faculty, staff, students, and alumni achieved in the previous year, featured in the 2018-2019 COB annual report .

COB continues to develop exciting new programs that meet the need of today’s working professionals and help them achieve career advancement. In Fall 2019, our new MS in Human Resource Management program will start enrolling students. This specialized graduate program, aligned with the Society for Human Resource Management Graduate Curriculum Guidelines, will ensure that students develop the competencies deemed as the most critical for advancing their career in the HR profession. This new program can be completed in hybrid format, offering the highest level of flexibility for busy working professionals planning to advance their careers. We are also revising our MS in MIS program to MS in Business Analytics, which will likely start enrollment in Spring 2020.  Read more

What's best about study abroad you may ask, how about enjoying paella with friends, visiting the Magdalena gardens or a visit to Toledo, Spain. Ask Marista Franko ( 2nd row on the right) who should have a lot to talk about upon her return to GSU later this month!.
