DecisionDay2
COLLEGE DECISION DAY!

Decision Day is the deadline to let colleges know you are going to attend. On that day, you'll be expected to pay your enrollment deposit to secure your spot at the college of your choice.

Decision Day and COVID-19

Every year, Decision Day is May 1st. However, due to COVID-19, some colleges have changed their Decision Day deadlines to June 1, 2020 or later!

Here is the list of Maryland colleges who have changed their deadline SO FAR:
  • Goucher College
  • Hood College
  • Loyola University
  • McDaniel College
  • Mount St. Mary's University
  • Salisbury University

Be sure to contact a college to confirm their Decision Day deadline. For a complete list of colleges who have pushed their Decision Day deadlines so far, click here.

BEFORE making a decision:

1. Email CollegeTracks your Financial Aid Award Letters from each college you were accepted to.  Colleges will mail your letters OR you will have to access
them through your portal for each college

2. Schedule your Money Talk with Ms. Cait, and we will estimate the
costs of each school and compare the results.

3. Check your MDCAPS account and accept any grants that you are
awarded.
