Collierville Police Captain graduates from TN Bureau of Investigation Leadership Academy. Chris Locke said that the training was a great opportunity for those in police leadership positions to revisit some very important topics. Read more.
New traffic signals going up on busy Poplar intersections. Plans are in the construction phase now for a traffic signal at the intersection at Poplar and Grand Steeple/Progress Road. The signal will be installed and controlling traffic in late January 2017. Read more.
Governor Haslam appoints Chief Kelley to state commission. Tommy Kelley is the Collierville Fire Departments's Chief of Operations and, oversees training procedures and the selection of training materials, among many other duties. Read more.
Park it, point it, and space it when you're setting out your garbage cart. Collierville Public Services asks residents to follow a set of simple guidelines to help the Sanitation Division efficiently serve the Town's 50,000 citizens. Watch the video here.

Assistant Court Prosecutor appointed by Mayor and Board in August 2016. Attorney Nicholas Pierotti, Partner of the Pierotti Law Firm, has experience with  all aspects of criminal, civil and family law. "I want to thank the Board of Mayor and Aldermen for the appointment," said Pierotti. "I look forward to serving the Town of Collierville."
It's all about the dog, not the breed at the Collierville Animal Shelter. That's the theme with Collierville Animal Services (CAS) new dog identification program. Director Nina Wingfield announces the new way CAS will identify dogs, as "Collierville Canines." Watch the video here.
