Chaffee County's vibrant agriculture and a robust local food system is a part of what makes it a wonderful place to live. Guidestone works every day to keep agriculture growing by:
-
Supporting over 100 farmers and ranchers through Land Link workshops
-
Distributing over 2,000 plants at our Spring Plant Sale to support community members growing their own food.
-
Producing over 5,000 pounds of produce for our partners, Salida School District and Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center.
- Sharing our agricultural heritage, as it helps to shape our connection to the land and to each other.
If you’d like to be a part of creating a community and statewide difference in agriculture education and food security, please support Guidesotne on Colorado Gives Day tomorrow!
Together we can build a vibrant future and keep agriculture growing and communities thriving! Thank you!
