Virtual Farm Tours
During these uncertain times tours to farms are taking on a new look. Not all visitors, or farmers, are comfortable with in-person tours. The farmers still want to get their products out there and customers still want to purchase them. Virtual tours can help show off your farm and guide visitors to your products. The North Fork Valley developed a Virtual Lavender Tour to offer an answer to the dilemma. For more information, contact Kelli at [email protected].

Polidori Sausage celebrates 95 years!

OUR BUSINESS RUNS ON FAMILY.
We are a local, Colorado sausage company run by fourth generation owners Steve Polidori and Melodie Polidori Harris (a brother/sister duo). For 95 years, we have remained devoted to delivering the highest quality products with consistency and integrity. Our success relies on the hard work and devotion of our family and our extended family. We consider everyone who works for us part of that. And we treat our customers like family, too.

OUR FAMILY HEIRLOOM IS OUR RECIPE.
The tradition started by our great grandmother, Anna Polidori, back in 1925 is still what drives our growth and success today. We remain committed to honoring her recipe with every batch of sausage we make, using the same, simple, high-quality ingredients, grinding techniques and handmade process.

THE MORE THINGS CHANGE, THE MORE WE STAY THE SAME.
We still make our sausage fresh to order in small batches by people, not machines. We use the same high-quality ingredients and spices. We serve our customers like a local, boutique butcher. As the world gets more and more disconnected, we rely on our craft to keep us together.

GIVING BACK IS IN OUR DNA.
Third Generation owner, Louis Polidori, believed in the value of belonging to a tight-knit community. We honor his tradition by taking care of our people and our environment, from implementing sustainable practices to donating our time, money, and product to help neighbors in need.

We do things a little differently—namely, the exact same way since 1925. Making authentic Italian sausage from the same simple heirloom family recipe for four generations. Always made of the highest quality ingredients, and as few of them as humanly possible. We take pride in our love of bringing people together around a great meal. For nearly a century, we have made it our business to deliver the perfect flavor profile these moments deserve. With each batch of sausage we make as a family, we believe one universal thing sets our product apart from all the rest. And that is this: OUR HERITAGE GIVES US OUR FLAVOR.
