A Season to remember...

This season has been long and challenging, but yet a very memorable season indeed! While playing in masks, having little to no fans cheering, and following safety protocols, our teams have continued to persevere and succeed in many matches. Multiple PINS, first place, and top half finishes demonstrate how resilient and determined each of these athletes are.
When asked, "What has been the most memorable part of the season thus far", some of our athletes said...

The most memorable part of this season was being able to watch my team grow and become better people as well as athletes. Coach Kris getting a yellow card in Orlando is a close second! - Lili Galardo, 15 Navy

Getting to know my teammates better than any other club team has been the most memorable part. - Jenna Sharp, 17 Silver

When 14 Navy went to Philly and we went mini-golfing together. It was really fun! - Cozy Sentman, 14 Navy

What has been memorable about this season is being able to play, have fun, and pull out wins during this crazy year! - Maya Brown, 16 Navy

When we won a PIN in Power 3. We were all super excited and happy! - Mckylee Pebley, 12 Navy
PLAYER SPOTLIGHT
12 Navy

While all of 12 Navy has grown tremendously in their volleyball skills, one athlete has gone above and beyond our expectations. #12 Kiley Kurtz!
Kiley has helped her team succeed by her competitive play on the net with amazing blocking and corner kills! Her coachability has made her successful in all of areas of the court.
Even in Kiley's personal achievements, she continues to encourage those around her to hustle after each ball and make each point count. Her teammates look up to her and are motivated by her work ethic. She is a natural born leader who demonstrates courage, consideration, and compassion on and off the court.
We are so proud of you and your hard work Kiley! Keep it up!
- Coach Bre and Coach Gabby

Recruiting Tips & Tricks
Manage your recruiting process...

Oftentimes athletes get stuck in a waiting period of their recruiting process, which leaves them wondering if they are on the right track. To keep your recruiting moving forward, here are a couple of things you can do:

  • Create additional recruiting videos with new game footage - after major tournaments, create a new video to highlight your play.

  • Continue to be proactive in communicating with college volleyball coaches - inform coaches on new stats, how your team did at a tournament, and any academic achievements you are proud of.

  • Double-check deadlines - any student aid or forms will need to be done in a timely manner: Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), college applications, NCAA and NAIA Eligibility Center registration, final transcripts, and proof of graduation.

  • Take the ACT and/or SAT, & main your academics - college coaches look for athletes who achieve the grades, test scores, and core courses they need to be academically eligible.

  • Lastly, update your NCSA profile - update your profile with new stats, academic achievements, and a statement about yourself.
