In its May meeting, the Colorado Air Quality Control Commission adopted updates to the state’s emissions reporting requirements and fees. The updates to Air Quality Control Commission Regulations 3 and 7 include increasing fees for emissions reporting filings, annual emissions, and application processing from sources that are subject to those requirements.
The additional revenue will allow the state to sustainably support existing programs that the division is required to administer under state and federal statute. The updates also streamline emissions reporting procedures, furthering the division’s efforts to enhance accessibility, transparency, and overall system performance for all stakeholders.
