Our Patient Navigator will work to find a time to meet with you to discuss your individual needs and develop a plan to help you achieve your goals.

New Year's resolutions sometimes get a bad wrap. They sound great in theory, but how many are we able to stick to in practice? We're addressing this in our own small way, promoting a resolution that's both achievable and durable: the freshness resolution. Anyone who's tasted fresh-roasted coffee knows the stale stuff one buys in stores--whether in pods, bags, or giant red plastic containers--doesn't compare. And I know I'm preaching to the choir here so I won't belabor the point. But in 2025 I will be talking about freshness--one of our core values--a lot more. It's a message worth sharing and certainly applies to more than coffee. Speaking of freshness, if you haven't yet tried our roast-to-order coffee then I invite you today.
