This Saturday marks the return of sweet, tender fall spinach woohoo!! You'll also find lettuce mix, arugula, kale (green curly, red curly, and tuscan), collards, head lettuce (red leaf and green leaf), scallions, red beets, carrots, huge hakurei turnips, green cabbage, red cabbage, napa cabbage, cauliflower, yellow onions, cilantro, parsley, butternut squash, apples and pears.
Cabbage Throw Farm
Frost is here but lettuce is abundant at Cabbage Throw Farm! Tons of Romaine, head lettuce and mini gem romaines coming to market this weekend, Salad season isn’t over yet! It may be the last week for fresh tomatoes but fall vegetables will continue to roll in, including sweet carrots, beets, specialty radish and turnips, all perfect for salad toppings but also delicious roasted! Also coming to market: winter squash, baby greens, radicchio, peppers, napa cabbage, Bok choy, Tatsoi, escarole, kale and more.
