INDEMNIFICATION FOR USE:

Each user of the Combined Indemnified Bindings List shall waive, hold harmless, defend and indemnify NSSRA and NSGA from any and all claims, actions, suits, charges and judgments whatsoever that arise out of the user’s use of this document or use by its employees or agents.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the list. The last word on accuracy is provided by vendors, usually in their tech manuals. Please contact your sales rep for questions about any bindings.

Who is NSSRA?

The National Ski & Snowboard Retailers Association (NSSRA), an independent trade association, is the only trade association that exists for the benefit of specialty snow sport retailers.

The National Sporting Goods Association (NSGA) has managed NSSRA since its inception in 1988 and provides a variety of services to specialty snow sport retailers. These include corporate advocacy and legislative advocacy efforts, such as tax policies affecting small businesses, managing employment-based costs, trade and tariffs, anticompetitive behavior and marketplace fairness, loss prevention, sustainability/protection of the outdoors and sports participation.

NSGA's Research Department also provides data to help NSSRA retailers succeed in their store operations.
