Combs Swears In New Governing Board Member, Jennifer Tucker

SAN TAN VALLEY, ARIZ. - The J.O. Combs Unified School District is pleased to welcome Jennifer Tucker as its new Governing Board member. Tucker was appointed to the J.O. Combs Unified School District's Governing Board on September 6, 2022 by Pinal County Superintendent of Schools, Jill Broussard following the resignation of Chad McLeod.

Tucker is an Arizona native who has resided in San Tan Valley since 2004. The center of her life revolves around her husband, Ryan and their five children, three of whom have graduated from Combs High School. Tucker holds her Real Estate and Cosmetology License, and in her free time enjoys real estate investing, wood working, and cheering for her kids at their sporting events.

Tucker has been involved in many booster clubs and has served on the Combs Parent Superintendent Council for the last three years. She is currently working on her first multi-family syndication. She is very active in her church and community, and is excited to learn and grow as she serves on the school board to give back to the community. 

"We couldn't imagine a better person to fill this vacancy than a dedicated parent whose children have attended and graduated from our schools," said Dr. Greg Wyman, Superintendent. "I'm certain that Mrs. Tucker's long standing history of volunteerism and community involvement will prove immensely beneficial for our students and staff as she helps guide our District."

Tucker was sworn in prior to the start of the regular Governing Board meeting on September 14, 2022 by Board President, Shelly Hargis. She will be seated through December 31, 2024.
