I CAN FIX IT!!!

Comcast (Xfinity) Business is changing their business billing system over to the Matrix billing system. Instead of shutting off all boxes and hoping they are placed on the right account / address they are doing little by little... This is why the cable box is giving an error that it's not active.
This is something only the association bulk account can fix. You will spend hours and get someone different every time and not even in the same state/country if you call the 1800 comcast... and it won't get fixed.
I've been fixing these over the last few weeks and its keeping me very busy running around to all the unit as I get calls.
There are only 4 people in the Boca Raton office I've dealt with in the last 5 years.

  • Address and Unit number
  • Photo of the serial number located on the Comcast (Xfinity) cable box for each TV.
