Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, you may be aware that Comcast was in the process of installing the new HD boxes in each unit. They were nearly complete, with only 48 units remaining before the pandemic hit and shut everything down. Since things have opened back up we have been working tirelessly to get them back out to complete the installation. However, initially after things opened up they were limiting service calls to emergency situations. Finally, we have been given word that on July 7, 8, and 9, Comcast will have technicians on-site to complete the remaining installations. Please notify any guests that the technicians, who will be escorted by Security will need access for approximately 30 minutes. The techs will work between 9:00am - 5:00 pm each day. It is not necessary that the guests be present. However, please be sure they are aware. If you have any questions, please let us know.
