WILD ROCKIES

January 2024 Newsletter

We've officially set the date for the celebration in Missoula for WRFI's 30th year of field courses: July 26-29th, 2024! Over the course of the weekend, we'll be welcoming members of the WRFI community from 1994 to today. We're beyond thrilled to reunite with students, parents, course instructors, board members, donors, and friends, who have all played critical roles in making WRFI what it is. If you can, please join us for a chance to reconnect with WRFI and celebrate all of the adventures we've had, and the many more we have to come! We will continue sharing updates, but reach out with any questions you have!

Energy and Climate Change in Montana

This course is worth 6 semester credits and runs from June 10th-July 7th, 2024. If you're interested in joining, fill out a non-committing initial application today!

"As we biked through wind farms we learned of energy policy, and the viability of renewables and the economic impact of eliminating fossil fuels. I find there is no better time to learn about an issue than when it is right in front of you, begging for your inquiry."

-Cory Horton, University of Montana
