Ways to Play with Summit Land Conservancy!
See N' Ski Osguthorpe Farm
Saturday, January 12 |
10 AM - 1 PM

Do you love to slide and glide on groomed Nordic track? YOU can be the first to ski the beautiful 158-acre Osguthorpe Farm located on Old Ranch Road.

Please join us this Saturday, January 12, as we experience the amazing winter recreational benefits this property has to offer! Our friends at  Mountain Trails Foundation  will be grooming 3K of fresh corduroy so members of our community can see AND (Nordic) ski the farm.

So brush off your skinny skis and mark your calendars for this awesome opportunity! Please park at Willow Creek Park and we'll provide a shuttle to the access point on the southwest corner of the farm.

It's  NOT SAVED YET . We are currently working to raise $1.7 million before March 2019 to preserve this heritage amenity and the HEART of the Snyderville Basin before it's too late!
Moon Shine Adventures
Tuesday, January 22 | 7 PM | Park City Mountain

It's 2019, so that means NEW YEAR NEW YOU, right? Join Summit Land Conservancy and Mountain Trails Foundation as we earn our turns at Park City Mountain Resort on Tuesday, January 22 (because Tuesdays don't have to suck). Gather your adventure posse and come learn about trails and open space from your favorite local non-profits! Please bring your own gear (touring set-up, headlamp, water, layers and snacks), and we will provide the hot cider for your thermos.

Participants should plan to meet in the Park City Mountain First Time lot at 7:00 PM. The tour will travel up Homerun to the Angle Station. This event is FREE and fun for everyone - you won't want to miss it!

SUMMIT STARGAZER TIP:  The 'super blood wolf moon' will be observable from the Americas and western Europe the evening of January 20 and early morning of January 21! Get out there!

Thank you for supporting open space!

Cheers,
