Good morning!
We spent a good portion of this week traveling to London to setup for next weeks Ohio Farm Science Review. Our booth is 3x bigger this year so there is a lot more equipment in the booth! The farm show will run from Tuesday-Thursday and our booth is located in the very NW corner of the show, booth number 73. There have been a few combines running across the southern half of the state on both corn and beans, but for the most part we are still a ways off for even silage in most places. See you next week!

I’ve been gifted several pounds of beautiful jalapeno peppers this past month, so I’ve been busy canning pepper jelly to share!
 
There are so many ways to use this yummy condiment:
 
-Most popular: serve with softened cream cheese and crackers
-Glaze over pork chops while grilling
-Spread on the inside of your grilled ham & cheese sandwich
-Combine with equal parts ketchup to glaze appetizer meatballs
-Warm jelly slightly and use as a dipping sauce for chicken tenders
-Mix with equal parts mayo as a spicy sandwich spread
-Use as a glaze on baked ham

We took delivery this week of these Enduraplas 2500 gallon fertilizer tanks for stock.
Kurt and Mitch installed this Valmar 2455 on a Landoll VT this week. This is a 3 point hitch mount seeder.
