I’ve been gifted several pounds of beautiful jalapeno peppers this past month, so I’ve been busy canning pepper jelly to share!
There are so many ways to use this yummy condiment:
-Most popular: serve with softened cream cheese and crackers
-Glaze over pork chops while grilling
-Spread on the inside of your grilled ham & cheese sandwich
-Combine with equal parts ketchup to glaze appetizer meatballs
-Warm jelly slightly and use as a dipping sauce for chicken tenders
-Mix with equal parts mayo as a spicy sandwich spread
-Use as a glaze on baked ham
