Partnership with Huntington University opens opportunities for Y members
Are you struggling with chronic joint pain, long-term pain in your neck, back, hip, shoulder or knee which limits your activities of daily living? Through our partnership with HU Biomechanics class comprised of HU Jr/Sr. Exercise Science students and faculty Josh Watson, current YMCA members can receive an assessment and be provided with stretches/tools to help diminish pain. Personal Training for members
Did you know your membership includes one FREE personal training session which consists of a fitness assessment and a customized workout from one of our trainers (like Janel featured here). Inquire and schedule your appointment at the front desk.

FREE Group Exercise classes continue on Sundays! Come and bring a friend! Please continue to register to attend a class or swim in a pool. Sock Soaker is coming soon!
Our 7th Annual Sock Soaker is May 15 beginning at 9:00am. The Sock Soaking course starts at Our Sunday Visitor through a 3+ mile course overcoming 15-20 obstacles of many kinds near Lake Clare and then heads back to Our Sunday Visitor. There are over 40 HIIT and 40 Yoga workouts available in our library. Yoga workouts are best viewed in order (especially for younger kids). These workouts are good for all ages and abilities!
