*Section 22, h. of Brushy Creek MUD’s Safekeeping Policy Prohibitions states: "To avoid prohibited conflicts of interest, and the appearance of impropriety, Property shall not be sold, conveyed, or transferred to any Board member or employee of the District, or to members of immediate families of the foregoing persons, or to any organizations, business or other entities in which any of the foregoing persons have a financial or ownership interest."
