Glow Gala 2018: Transforming Tomorrow

Glow Gala 2018 is around the corner we are excited to have you join us in a celebration of 19 years of changing places, changing lives! On November 15th from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM at the Everett Mill in Lawrence, come celebrate with an evening of fun featuring auctions, raffles, tasty small plates, and a presentation from our Green Team youth.

A highlight of the evening is our signature EcoArt Auction. We are currently looking for artists to submit their best pieces incorporating themes of reduce, reuse, recycle, and repurpose for jury. You can find more information on our website here, including instructions and submission forms. We look forward to seeing your works of art.

We also want to thank our lead sponsor, New Balance Foundation for their continued support.

For more information about Glow, including how to become a sponsor, please contact Sharon Mason.
Thank you to you all - the individuals, the businesses, our fellow non-profits. The outpouring of support - supplies, funds, volunteers, food - has been both inspiring and humbling.

No community should face a challenge this daunting, yet you have risen to it with grit, love, and determination to support and rebuild. With generous donations from New Balance Foundation, DCU - Digital Federal Credit Union, Newburyport  Five Cents Savings Bank, Boston Community Capital, and so many giving individuals, we have been able to provide much needed supplies to community centers and affected families, readily responding to shifting community needs. Be it microwavable food, hot plates, grocery store gift cards,or the like, we have been able to address the changing yet urgent needs because of your support. Thank you.

The challenge continues, and you can help by continuing to support community organizations like Groundwork Lawrence and other charitable causes that matter to you, whether it's by donating, advocating, volunteering, or continuing to "show up". To directly support affected families, the Lawrence Emergency Fund of the  Essex County Community Foundation  is accepting donations.

Again, thank you to all. Together, we can do anything, rise to any challenge. We are #LawrenceStrong!
