The Rocky Mount-Wilson Airport Authority has proposed future terminal area expansion, larger terminal apron, corporate area development, and an aviation industrial park for future improvements to RWI.
Corporate Jet at RWI
The proposed larger terminal apron will accommodate increasingly larger and more frequent Turbine & Jet corporate aircraft. Corporate area development will accommodate increasing demand here for based Jet aircraft.
Proposed Expansion of RWI
The proposed Aviation Industrial Park would provide multi-modal logistical infrastructure and will accommodate the increasing demand for cargo and freight operations.
