CCH iFirm Portal

We are pleased to announce an exciting enhancement to the way you exchange documents with our team. We are launching a brand‑new Client Portal called CCH iFirm, a modern, secure, and user‑friendly way to exchange information with our team. This new system will make working with us faster, safer, and more convenient than ever.


Once you are registered, you will have continuous access to the portal. All documents we share with you and those you upload to us, including copies of your filed tax returns, will be available to you at any time. This will make it faster and easier to access your tax information whenever you need it. You will be able to retrieve past information, download documents, and review important filings at your convenience, without needing to contact our office.


What Is Changing


In the coming days, you will receive an email invitation to join the new portal. This email will include a secure link that will guide you through setting up your account. Once your account is created, you will be able to:


  • Securely upload documents

Share files with us directly through the portal—no need to send documents by email.


  • Access your completed returns

View and store your finalized tax returns in a single, organized location.


  • Sign documents electronically

Complete required signatures online using your computer, tablet, or mobile device.


What You Need to Do


  • Update the contact information for you and your family. Digital Signing requires a unique email address for everyone for whom we prepare a tax return. You can use this Contact Update Form to help us out!
  • Watch for an email invitation from CCH iFirm.
  • Click the link and follow the steps to create your account.
  • Use the portal whenever you need to send us documents or access your tax information.


Please Note


A member of our administration team will reach out to you in the event we require any updated or missing information, such as a spouse or child’s email address. This information is required to facilitate digital signing and is essential to completing the process.
