New Look for FCCU Website and Your Account Statements

At First Commerce, we continually look for ways to improve our member's experience. That's why we're excited to share the news about a new look for the First Commerce website, as well as member account statements. Look for your new website experience this Thursday, December 1!

Over the past year, we listened to your feedback and used it to create a refreshed, modern-looking website with improved navigation to meet your needs. When you visit FirstCommerceCU.org on Thursday, December 1, you'll experience a cleaner, more open layout, along with new features, such as a blog with timely articles, product and service suggestions, and enhanced adaptability between computer and mobile devices. Access to Digital Banking will remain the same with the Login window available directly on the new Home Page.

Please note, if you saved (bookmarked) links to specific pages on the current website, you may need to update those links once the new website launches, as old links may no longer work. To help find your way around the new web site, try using the "search" feature in the top navigation menu. You may also try the site map (similar to a website outline) located at the bottom of each web page to locate specific information quickly. We can't wait for you to see the new website!

New Look for Account Statements Coming Soon

We've got more exciting news! Member Share and Credit Card statements are also getting a new look. Members will soon see a slightly updated look for both e-statements and printed statements sent by mail.

In the near future, members who receive e-statements in digital banking will be pleased to know it will be even easier to locate your statements. Once you log in to Digital Banking, navigate to the menu on the left side of the screen. From there, click on “Services” in the menu and select “e-Statements.” From there you can select the statement(s) you want to view all from one dashboard. For security purposes, you will only be able to access documents for which you are the primary member.

For members who have chosen to receive Share statements by mail, along with copies of check images, you will be able to receive your statement (in color) and check images in one package instead of two separate envelopes.

As a reminder, if you are not currently enrolled in digital banking, we make it easy and quick. Simply visit FirstCommerceCU.org and complete the brief enrollment form to get stated today!

Review and update your contact information to ensure you receive communications regarding your account. Log into Digital Banking and select "Services” from the menu. FirstCommerceCU.org/Bank/Manage-My-Account.
