HIE P4P Incentives: There’s Still Time
There is still time for hospitals to claim their share of $8 million in P4P Medicaid incentives for WISHIN participation.
The incentives are a bonus for Wisconsin hospitals that help ensure that the WISHIN Pulse Community Health Record works for all patients and providers. Now is the time to join nearly 100 hospitals in ensuring that when other facilities’ providers make clinical decisions about your patients, they have the most complete and current clinical history at their disposal.
The incentive applies to all hospitals – those that are currently participating, and others who contract to participate by December 31, 2021. There is no separate attestation process; WISHIN will provide information about participating and contracted hospitals to DHS, and incentive payments will be issued in mid-February.
