In the coming weeks, our Business Online Banking platform will be upgraded. The new platform offers streamlined navigation, responsive design and new multifactor security options for eligible business banking customers.

Besides a more contemporary look-and-feel, the upgraded platform provides several key enhancements, including:
Responsive design, which customizes your session to your device type (either desktop, tablet or mobile). Customers who log into Business Online Banking on smaller screens will notice that menus and page elements can stack vertically, allowing for larger font sizes. Icons replace text in the top right navigation menu to conserve space.
Soft token authentication, allowing eligible business banking customers to receive their one-time login codes via an app on their smartphone or tablet. Details on switching to soft token authentication will be available on the new platform, and our Electronic Banking team will be available to walk you through initial activation and setup.
