Exciting news! Delta Dental of Arizona will be updating its business systems this fall. These enhancements will strengthen and modernize our systems with technological improvements and more agile administration for long-term efficiencies. And most importantly for you, when these enhancements are complete, you'll be able to manage all of your Delta Dental of Arizona group clients via a single portal login.

New Deadline: 9/1 Groups Must Be Submitted By 8/13

In preparation for these updates, there will be an early cutoff for selling 9/1/21 effective dates for group dental and vision policies. Brokers must submit complete implementation paperwork for 9/1/21 effective dates by 8/13/21. New group sales received after this date will be assigned a 10/1/21 or later effective date. In addition, if you sell Delta Dental Individual and FamilyTM policies, you’ll need to make note that electronic and paper applications for 9/1/21 effective dates must be submitted by 8/24/21.

We’ll be notifying your clients about our systems enhancements in a similar email later this month but wanted you to be among the first to know about this initiative. The guide will outline important changes you should be aware of and highlight some of the new features you can look forward to using when our system upgrade is complete.
