Exciting news! Delta Dental of Arizona will be updating its business systems this fall. These enhancements will strengthen and modernize our systems with technological improvements and more agile administration for long-term efficiencies. And most importantly for you, when these enhancements are complete, you'll get a brand-new dentist portal and your claims experience with Delta Dental of Arizona will be streamlined!

Important Update: DDS Enroll by DentalXChange

In preparation for these updates, Delta Dental of Arizona will stop using DDS Enroll for dentist credentialing and re-credentialing on July 31. If you need to make updates to any dental office information after this date—including adding/removing providers at an office location or changing TINs—please use the dental office profile update form on our website. If you have questions or need help submitting updates, please contact our professional relations team.

To ensure a seamless transition this fall, we will keep you updated on important dates and easy ways your dental office can prepare. Look for a system enhancements guide to arrive in the mail and your email inbox next month! The guide will outline important changes you should be aware of and highlight some of the new features you can look forward to using when our system upgrade is complete.
