The website for the City of Long Beach’s upcoming First-Time Homebuyer Assistance Program (Program) is now live!
Visit our website to learn more about the new Program, which will provide approximately 100 eligible families with up to $20,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance grants.
The application process is expected to open in early 2023 and will be available to residents who are first-time homebuyers and live within a federal Community Development Block Grantdesignated census tractin Long Beach.
