We are thrilled to announce that the State of North Carolina is implementing a brand-new Human Capital Management (HCM) system called Workday! All agencies, including DPS, will adopt this tool.

The new system aims to simplify the State's recruiting process, improve reporting capabilities, and make it easier for users to access information. The purpose is to bring everyone together on one platform, using advanced technology to boost efficiency and create a smoother user experience.

Phase one of the new Workday solution is expected to go live October of this year. This first phase will help us in creating a more efficient, transparent, and user-friendly recruitment environment through:
