There are two key changes you'll want to be aware of:

Your group number and member ID may change. As a courtesy, we're sending a new ID card with updated information to most members the week of September 13. Keep an eye on your mailbox!

You’re getting access to a new, enhanced member portal. If you already have a username and password to manage your Delta Dental benefits online, you can use that information to sign into the new member portal. If you’ve never managed your Delta Dental benefits online, you can create an account before September 10 and we'll move it to the new portal.
One last thing: It’s important to note that our system enhancements only affect how we manage your dental plan behind-the-scenes and there are no changes to your plan coverage.
Note for individual plan members (i.e. those not covered by an employer or group plan): We’re also changing our individual plan administrator, which means you’ll call a new number for customer service and send payments to a different address. Be sure to click the Learn More button below for more specific information.
