Help our writing community look more like our Brazos Valley community!
We are seeking ways to include more people from throughout the Brazos Valley in our membership and activities. To get started, we want to reach out to community writing programs, teacher education programs at Blinn, Texas A&M and other educational institutions, and more. Can you help?
All Equity & Inclusion Committee members will receive training from SCBWI's chief Equity & Inclusion Officer, April Powers. She is excellent in coaching members in a welcoming, constructive and non-judgmental fashion.
If you are interested in joining the SCBWI Brazos Valley Equity & Inclusion Committee please email [email protected].
