$10,000 Matching Grant Opportunity!

An anonymous donor has offered a matching grant of up to $10,000 for the Children’s Center as part of our Annual Campaign. This is a tremendous opportunity to support one of the vital ministries of our church. Every dollar given or pledged toward the Children’s Center by July 4 will count toward the match, meaning we have the potential to raise up to $20,000!

The Children’s Center nurtures children from infancy up to pre-k, providing them a loving, safe, and spiritual space to learn and grow. I love hearing the children outside my office window and, just in the last few months, one of my new joys is doing chapel for these precious kids. Your financial support not only helps cover operating costs beyond what tuition provides, it also creates opportunity to think about how to build upon the ministry of CCM as we, together, share the heart of God from the heart of downtown Macon.

To give toward this grant, visit mulberrymethodist.org/give and choose “The Children’s Center at Mulberry” from the drop down menu. To make a pledge, click here.

July 2nd Worship & Picnic Lunch

Next Sunday, we will once again join our neighbors at First Presbyterian for an outdoor lunch to celebrate Independence Day after worship on July 2nd. Worship will be moved to the 10:00 am hour, and we will go to lunch at 11:00 am. Bring your lawn chairs or picnic blankets - in the event of rain, the lunch will move to their Fellowship Hall.

Together we are sharing the heart of God...
