The De Anza Natural Amendment to the Mission Bay Park Master Plan and General Plan will be heard by the City Council on Tuesday, May 14, at 2 PM. Input and voices of the community have shaped this plan into what it is today, and what it will be in the years to come. The final draft for Council consideration is posted here.

No matter the mode of transportation, commuting around San Diego should be safe and accessible. In honor of Bike Month, I joined the San Diego Bike Coalition to celebrate their work and to discuss how we can better ensure everyone on our roadways safely gets to where they need to go.

The City of San Diego supports our hardworking entrepreneurs and small business owners who create jobs and enrich our communities with several business and assistance programs. Small businesses can also utilize city investment opportunities with the Storefront Improvement Program and the Small Business and Restaurant Assistance Program.

Our coastline is part of what makes San Diego special, let’s work together to preserve it. The City Planning Department is seeking feedback on its Coastal Resilience Master Plan.
