Join this group of late nineteenth century German students on their passage as the navigate teenage self-discovery and coming of age anxiety in a powerful celebration of youth and rebellion in the daring, remarkable, angsty rock musical adaptation of the seminal play about the trials and tribulations of growing up.

Palatine Concert Band: Visions, Dreams, and Fantasies

The Palatine Concert Band, under the direction of Dr. Frederick Lowe, have invited members of the Palatine High School Wind Symphony, along with their director, Carlos Esquival, to participate in part of this performance of Visions, Dreams, and Fantasies. This program will include “Sea Songs” by Vaughan Williams, “Der Traum Des Oehngus” by Rudin, “Flashing Eyes of Andalucia” by Sousa, “Be Thou My Vision” by Cross, “Variations on a Korean Folk Song” by Chance and “Selections from Mary Poppins” arr. by Reed.
PLEASE NOTE: This performance of the Palatine Concert Band will take place in the Altergott Auditorium at Palatine High School, located at 111 N. Rohlwing Road in Palatine.
The Magic Circus

When an evil villain threatens to shut down the circus, the performers realize it might take more than magic to save the show. They learn a little bit of help can get big results. Will Mystini the Magician find the rabbit in his hat? Will Gina the Ballerina be reunited with her trick pony? Will the circus open on time? Everyone’s help is needed! Audience members are encouraged to wear costumes: ballerinas, clowns, and critters of all kinds are welcome.
