Cancer Support Community offers professional programs of support and education at no cost to participants , thanks to the generosity of our donors. 

We offer s upport groups, educational workshops, mind/body healthy lifestyle classes, and social programs   for adults, children and family members affected by cancer. You can find all of these programs on our online calendar or printable calendars.

Class participants must receive medical clearance from their doctors prior to the onset of the class.

This 4-week Qigong workshop is designed for people who are living with cancer. This class will introduce “Cleansing Qi Gong,” which may boost the immune system and may support the body’s innate healing abilities. Using a combination of slow movements, breathing, focused intention and some visualization we will learn how to connect and move with the Qi. Just wear loose comfortable clothing and come with an open mind.

Fasting may help with cancer treatment. There is a growing body of evidence supporting the role of fasting in both cancer treatment and prevention. Some research suggests that fasting helps fight cancer by lowering insulin resistance and levels of inflammation. Please join us and our speaker, Dr. Bahadini, to learn more about potential role and mechanism of fasting and cancer and cancer treatment.
