CommWell Health Operations Update
for Wednesday, September 19, 2018
(Please read carefully!)

The following sites will open for  normal business hours on Wednesday, September 19, 2018:

  • CommWell Health of Smithfield (Medical)

  • CommWell Health of McGee's Crossroads (Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health)

  • CommWell Health of Newton Grove/Spivey's Corner (Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, WIC)

  • CommWell Health of Four Oaks (Dental)

  • CommWell Health Salemburg - The actual site will remain closed but the mobile dental clinic will be used as a mobile medical clinic onsite starting at 8:30 am.

  • CommWell Health Tar Heel (Medical)

  • CommWell Health Shallotte (Medical) - Will open at 12 pm depending on provider availability. Will notify of update as soon as possible.

  • CommWell Health OIB (Dental) - Will open at 12 pm depending on provider availability. Will notify of update as soon as possible.

All sites will be opened normal business hours except for Friday. Friday hours for all opened sites will be 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

All other locations will remain closed
until further notice. Our goal is to get our other practice locations opened as soon as possible.

Colleagues with questions or unable to report to work are instructed to contact their direct supervisor.

One of our colleagues lost all of her belongings to flooding in her home. If you would like to donate, please contact Andrea Morales-Williams aamorales@commwellhealth.org. Shoe size 8 1/2 -9, Pant size 12, Top size large.

Newton Grove medical has a shower available 24/7
Harvest House has showers available 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm weekly

Washer/Dryer Availability
Harvest House has a washer and dryer available 24/7

Colleague Lounge Areas
Do you need to cook a hot meal? Our colleague lounge areas with full kitchens are available for your use
Donations Needed TODAY
We are taking donations to deliver to our Salemburg community. If you would like to donate the following items:

Coolers with ice
Drinks (Water, Juice, Gatorade, etc)
Snacks (non-perishable)

Please bring them to the Applin center no later then 8 am tomorrow morning.
