OVERVIEW
Consistent with the ISPE Policy Manual (Section 1.7.7 ISPE Sponsored Publication), this draft paper is disseminated for ISPE member review. The paper has been reviewed by the ISPE Public Policy/Ethics Committee and is now posted for ISPE member comments. The coordinating group for the paper will consider all comments received and submit a revised document to the ISPE Board of Directors for its review and action.
