Commerce City Welcomes First Collaborative Office Space officespace2
The Office Share at Belle Creek, Commerce City's first co-working space, recently celebrated its grand opening. "As a community where more than 70 percent of our business community is considered small business, fostering innovation is a critical component to ensuring economic growth and prosperity," said Councilman Jason McEldowney.

Located at 10754 Belle Creek Boulevard, #109, The Office Share features an all-inclusive and cost effective way for small businesses and entrepreneurs to have a professional presence without large overhead costs. "The Office Share is perfect for me and my business partner," said Shad Richards of MyCallCloud. "We needed a small centrally located space outside of Denver, with a quick commute, and within our budget to get out of the house and run our business." Local Voters Will Consider Aerotropolis Agreement, 1A for DIA, this November aero
Adams County Measure 1A concerns the intergovernmental agreement between Adams County and Denver to develop the area around Denver International Airport (DIA). Voters in Adams County and Denver are asked to decide this November whether or not to approve a deal that will allow business development on unused land owned by DIA.

Commerce City actively participated in the discussion to reach an agreement that benefits all parties. If voters in both jurisdictions approve the measure, Adams County will get a $10 million payment up front and a 50-50 split on tax revenue from new DIA businesses in perpetuity, which will be split among the county and municipalities.
