Cannabis Control Superintendent Speaks at Columbus Metropolitan Club Forum

Division of Cannabis Control Superintendent Jim Canepa spoke at a Columbus Metropolitan Club forum last week about the passage of Issue 2 and the path forward for the non-medical cannabis market in Ohio. Canepa spoke about the work currently underway within the new division to establish rules for the market under the timeline set forth by the voter-initiated statute. He also discussed the process being followed to ensure fair access to the non-medical cannabis marketplace, as well as how the new market can reduce or crush the black market for cannabis.
