Rams Settlement; Railway Exchange Building

St. Louis City officials aim to secure a developer for the long-vacant Railway Exchange Building by this summer. The city plans to demolish a deteriorating parking garage and focus on creating residential spaces. The project estimates costs to be around $400 million and leverages federal and state tax credits to revitalize downtown St. Louis.

A REALTOR^® recently presented testimony supporting a revised plan for the $290 million Rams settlement - prioritizing housing and revitalization. $74 million is directed toward downtown development, including new condos, business incentives, and the redevelopment of the Railway Exchange building.
