Business and Commercial Property Owners May Qualify for Assessed Value Relief
Provide evidence of COVID-19-related reduction in value

COVID-19 has been an historic crisis, and health restrictions have severely impacted many business and commercial property owners.

Property owners who have suffered losses in value have an opportunity to apply for assessment relief.

In order to provide assessment relief, the Assessor’s Office must receive qualitative evidence to support a reduction in value.

If you believe the value of your business or commercial property has dropped below the current assessed value due to COVID-19, please visit the Assessor's Office website at the link below for guidance on what information and documentation to submit for a free review of your assessed value.

To get started and review information and forms for a 2021-2022 value review, please visit the link to the Assessor’s webpage “Review Your Value."
